Kung Fu master shows off strength by hanging from tree by his NECK

WARNING: DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME - Li Liangbin claims his strong neck muscles enable him to survive hanging from a rope and still breathe.

A Chinese martial arts expert risks his life by demonstrating how he can survive hanging from a tree by his NECK.

Li Liangbin, 49, from Lizhuang village in Dingtao county in eastern Chinas Shandong province, said he had managed to toughen up his neck muscles to such an extent that when he was hung in the tree by a rope around his neck, he could continue to breathe.

He said: "I have been practising kung fu since I was a young boy and, although I am now a kung fu master, I'm always looking for new challenges and new ways to discipline my body."

"Managing to survive after being hung from a tree was a big challenge as it meant a lot of training in my neck muscles and discipline and meditation as well."

He said it had taken 10 years to develop the skill of being able to survive hanging, warning that it was not a stunt anybody should try at home.

He added: "I make a noose with a not and throw it over a tree and then I hang myself. I can carry out some exercises while hanging there and then I can free myself.

"Kung fu is my life and it's important to have a challenge. Everyone knows about kung fu masters that can chop up concrete blocks or leap off tall buildings, but surviving a hanging is something new."

100 y.o Woman saw the Ocean for the FIRST time: Tennessee woman birthday wish in Orange Beach

Ruby Holt spent most of her 100 years on a farm in rural Tennessee, picking cotton and raising four children. She never had the time or money to go to a beach.

That finally changed this month, just a few weeks shy of Holt's 101st birthday.

Thanks to a partnership between the assisted living center where Holt lives and an organization that grants wishes to the elderly, Holt got to see the ocean for the first time during an all-expenses-paid trip to the Gulf of Mexico.

Holt laughed and grinned as cool Gulf waters hit her feet for the first time, and she walked across the white sand with the help of aides from the home.

She said she'd never seen anything as big as the ocean. But in the November chill she kept saying over and over: 'It's cold'.

'I've heard people talk about it and how wonderful it was and wanted to see it, but I never had the opportunity to do so,' Holt said.

The trip was made possible by Brookdale Senior Living Solutions, where Holt lives in Columbia, Tennessee, and the Wish of a Lifetime organization.

Prior to the trip she told the Colombia Daily Herald she and her husband were just too busy to take a vacation to the beach.

'There was always something to do,' She said. 'We didnt travel much.'

'I am thrilled to death over it. I know I will enjoy it.'

Mark Davis, executive director of Brookdale's Sterling House, said two workers filled out the application for Holt after learning she'd never seen the ocean and wanted to go.

'They did a water gun fight out in the courtyard during the summer and water got brought up, the beach, and that's what she told the girls, that she had never been,' he said.

Debbie Surgeon and Tracy Marcy helped fill out the application, and Holt's wish was granted in early November and arrangements were made for her to stay in the Perdido Beach Resort. The trip was planned as soon as possible because Holt turns 101 on December 13.

'When we got to the room yesterday she was just pointing out the ocean and, you know, her facial expressions and ... she was just speechless,' Davis said.

Holt said her farming family never was able to afford a trip to the coast, and she's left Tennessee only once before. Holt said she was always too busy on the farm or working in a shirt factory to travel.

The trip to the Alabama coast was her farthest venture ever from her native Giles County, about 400 miles north of the Gulf.

Using a donated motorized wheelchair, which had fat tires to roll over sand, Holt stood up at the edge of the water with the help of Surgeon and Marcy.

'We got you, hon,' Surgeon said. 'We're not going to let you fall'.

Holt cackled when she stood in the water but tired quickly. And with the temperature around 50 degrees, she was ready to wrap up in a blanket and head back inside.

'We don't have nothing like this in Giles County,' Holt said.

Beware of Dog! CCTV shows Burglar run for his life from world's 'scariest' dog in South Africa

This burglar obviously didn't read the sign saying 'beware of the dog'.

Caught on CCTV as he skulks around the back of a property, the purple-clad criminal is startled by what you'd think would be the booming bark of a German shepherd or rottweiler.

The terrified thief flees the building and launches himself over the garden wall - pursued by a tiny yapping terrier.

A Reddit post titled 'Burglar stopped by the most brutal dog he has ever seen', has now accrued 4,233 points.

One user claims the incident happened in South Africa, and four days later the man was arrested while stealing from another house.

He added the man told police he has cynophobia - a fear of dogs.

Michael Phelps' girlfriend admits she was born a MALE & Describes her intimacy with Olympic swimmer

Michael Phelps' self-proclaimed girlfriend Taylor Lianne Chandler has just made a shocking admission.

In a post on her Facebook, Chandler is revealing she was actually born a boy, and named David Roy Fitch at birth.

As a teenager however Chandler went on testosterone blockers and had her name changed and then, in her early twenties, underwent corrective surgery to get rid of her male genitalia.

Chandler was born a male however in name only, and is actually intersex, meaning she had male genitalia, but no testicles, while also having a uterus and no ovaries.

As she explains in a Facebook post, 'I was never a man, never lived as a man. No one can say they knew me as a man or produce a photo of me as a man.'

She then adds, 'There are people that remember me as an androgynous child at times because of what was forced upon me.'

She is also revealing how in love she is with Phelps, and claims the two clicked after meeting on Tinder.

'Spending time with him was like a teenage love affair,' she says.

'I have never felt so comfortable and accepted in every way as I did with him.

She had previously detailed their first date, to a Baltimore Ravens games, to the National Enquirer.

'One thing led to the next, and we made love during halftime,' she claims in the interview.

'Later, we had sex again. The intimacy with him was amazing! It was the first time in my life that someone has made me feel like a true woman.'

She also told the magazine that she never lied to the swimmer about her past, saying it just never came up.

Now however, Chandler thinks Phelps may 'leave her' after telling her truth.

'I am probably going to lose him because he is a brand that his team wants to protect and things since he went to rehab came to my attention that didnt put him or our relationship in the best light,' she says.

Her Facebook is a shrine to the swimmer, with his photos plastered all over her wall and banner.

She also seems to repost any and all stories that mention their relationship.

Chandler claims she was with Phelps when he was arrested on suspicion of DUI on September 30 in Baltimore, Maryland.

The swimmer entered rehab just a few days after the incident and completed his program on Wednesday according to Chandler.

The alleged couple also have a bit of an age gap between them, and Phelps is 29 and Chandler is 41-years-old.

Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time with 22 medals, is currently serving a six month suspension from swimming as a result of his DUI.

In her post, Chandler also takes some time to discuss the difficulties she has faced in her life.

'In my early teens I was medically diagnosed and went on testosterone blockers, at 15 estrogen enhancers. My birth certificate was modified along with my name while I was a teenager, prior to any corrective surgery,' she explains.

'I originally changed my name to Paige Victoria Whitney. At 16 I legally emancipated from my family. I had already left home at 15. At 18 I got in trouble twice, once for a bad check and then a DUI.'

'At 19 I thought it would be smart to blackmail someone into giving me the money for my surgery. As soon as I received the money I was arrested and charged with extortion.'

'I spent 30 days in jail because I was too ashamed to tell my family what happened thinking no one knew. Even though my birth certificate and drivers license said female they put me in a cell with 3 men and I was raped.'

She has since spent much of her life crusading for gender rights.

Baby born with 4 arms and 4 legs has been dubbed GOD BOY by his parents in India

A baby boy born with four arms and four legs is causing panic in the streets of Baruipur, east India, as locals believe he is the reincarnation of a god.

The child has been named God Boy, as multiple limbs are common among Hindu deities, and people are travelling from across the region to the city in West Bengal State to get a glimpse of the child.

Local police complain they are struggling to control the crowds, as hundreds cry in the streets and clamor to get access to the hospital.

The boy's birth defect, two extra arms and two extra legs, are the remains of an underdeveloped co-joined twin.

The family are overjoyed at their new addition and see him as the son Hindu God Brahma, who is depicted with eight limbs.

'When he first came out we couldn't believe it,' , an unnamed relative not named told local TV:

'The nurses said he was badly deformed but I could see that this was a sign from God.

'In fact, this is a miracle, its God's baby. Indian God's have extra limbs just like this.'

Chukka Rao, 67, from a neighbouring village, said: 'When we first heard about God Boy we were slightly skeptical.

'But we came to see because we were intrigued by all the news we were hearing from friends and others.

'When we eventually saw a pic of the child it was a wonder.

But with the village being overrun by curious believers from across the region, local police say they are having trouble controlling them.

A police spokesman said: 'This is a freak baby and it is tragic, there is nothing godly about him at all.

'But the crowds are going berserk and clamouring to see the child.

'Hundreds are crying in the streets, hundreds of others are praying and setting up camp here.

'Some are even panicking and believe this is a sign of the end of the world. I have never seen anything like this in my whole career.'

The child's family member added: 'It is understandable that there is a lot of excitement about this.

'It is only natural that people want to see the God Baby.'

Strange Addiction 'Me and My Dolls': The men who are in love with astonishingly realistic mannequins

With their long glossy hair, heavy make-up and perfect skin, at first glance these glamourous women appear to make the perfect companions.

But look a little closer and their vacant stares give away the fact that they are in fact astonishingly realistic silicone love dolls, which sell for upwards of 1,000.

Their owners, who enjoy long-term relationships with the dolls, were captured on camera by Copenhagen-based photojournalist Benita Marcussen, who approached the men via online forums - one of the only places where many of them can be open about their dolls - and spent nearly a year gaining their trust before photographing them for her series Men & Dolls.

For some of the owners, the life-sized dolls are their sole companion, others are married with children, and in a few cases the dolls have filled the space left by lost loved ones following death or divorce.

Burning of the Bulls: 'Toro de Jubilo' Spanish festival where live animals are set on fire

Writhing and snorting in a demonic rage, a burning bull charges out of the darkness as if sent straight from the depths of Hell.

This is not some apocalyptic vision from medieval folklore, but the Spanish festival where live bulls are set on fire and sent to charge about a village's streets for entertainment.

Disturbing new images have emerged of this annual Spanish bull burning festival which animal rights campaigners are demanding be banned.

There were some ugly scenes too among the crowds as animal rights activists clashed with police in a desperate bid to bring a halt to the perceived barbarity.

The Joy of the Bull - or Toro Jubilo festival - is one of the 'cultural' highlights of the entertainment calendar for residents in the Medieval village of Medinaceli, in the province of Soria, north east of Madrid.

Every year, from around four centuries, people flock to watch a young bull be dragged into a makeshift ring before its body is covered with mud to protect it from burns.

Then it is pinned to the floor, while men strap wooden stakes doused in flammable chemicals to its horns, and set it on fire. Then local men show their bravery by tormenting the animal.

More than 1,500 people crowded behind barriers and strained for a view of the cruel spectacle.

A bullring is constructed in the main square and sand scattered on the floor before several bonfires are built in preparation for the arrival of the bull.

After nightfall, the fires were lit using paraffin and the three-year-old bull was dragged in on a rope held by many men dressed in grey uniforms.

It is tied to a post by its horns and a plank of wood attached to a metal bar doused in pitch - a highly combustible mixture of turpentine and sulphur.

Fiercely hot sparks and embers drip from the burning torches onto the bewildered animal.

The distressed bull is then released, thrashing around the ring to the cheers of the crowds.

Members of the public are seen jumping into the ring and taunting the bull - adding to its terror and confusion.

Gasping for air, the bull finally reaches a state of exhaustion after nearly 45 minutes of torment and is soon dragged out the ring by villagers to be butchered.

The men in the grey uniforms are awarded pieces of meat from the animal for their 'bravery'.

Authorities in the Spanish regions of Leon and Castile have designated the festival a special cultural status.

Saving the Whale: People Push to Giant 59ft Beached Whale back out sea in Popoyo Beach - Nicaragua

A huge whale was stranded on Friday on a white sand beach on Nicaragua's southern Pacific coast, despite efforts by dozens of tourists and residents to get it back to sea.

The whale, estimated at 59 feet long, beached itself on Friday morning at Popoyo beach, in the town of Tola, some 70 miles south of the capital, according to the Environment Ministry's delegate in the region, Mario Rodriguez.

More than 50 people from Nicaragua and elsewhere spent the day trying to get the whale back into deeper waters, but gave up in exhaustion as the sun went down.

Police and officials from the environment ministry travelled to the scene to discuss strategies to try to save the massive marine mammal, which may be a humpback.

The Pacific region off Nicaragua's southern coast sees a lot of humpback whales and dolphins at this time of year.

An average humpback whale can weight about 79,000 pounds.

'I never knew my boyfriend was born GIRL' but she still wants to marry and start a family in U.K

Charlotte Urie, 20, was left shocked after her boyfriend confessed he was actually born a girl.

With his strong jawline and muscly torso, Charlotte had no clue that the new man in her life - Kieran Moloney - had come into this world as a female called Ciara.

For years, the 23-year-old kept his sex-swap a secret, until he met Charlotte in 2012.

The couple have now been together for two years and are hoping to marry and start a family using Kieran's best friend as a sperm donor.

Charlotte, a barista from Camden, London, said: 'I would never have guessed Kieran's secret, but as soon as he told me he'd been born a girl it didn't matter to me.

'I was surprised, but I love him for who he is and see him as a man.

'He's very masculine and has a great body, but he's also my best friend.

'I never had any concerns about dating someone transgender. Biology doesn't matter.'

Kieran, originally from New Zealand, but now living in London, said: 'When I first met Charlotte, I was blown away by her beauty, but I was terrified of how she'd react if she found out I used to be a girl.

'I needed to know I could trust her, before I revealed my secret.

'Other girlfriends have been ashamed of who I am, but when I told Charlotte, she was so accepting. She's amazing.'

Kieran is yet to have full gender reassignment surgery, but the couple say Kieran's physical gender doesn't get in the way of them enjoying a healthy sex life.

He says: 'We've reached the stage where we feel comfortable enough with each other to do whatever feels good - that's what sex is.'

Kieran has been living as a man for seven years and after having a double mastectomy at 20, he finally feels comfortable in his own skin.

Kieran, who also works as a Barista, had been unhappy with his gender since he was four years old.

He had no interest in girly things and cried if his Mum put him in a dress and when he started primary school, he became a target for bullies.

He said: 'Kids didn't understand why I was different. I had no friends and I changed schools five times.

'The only time I was happy was when people mistook me for a boy.'

When puberty hit, the teenager's confusing feelings just escalated further.

He says: 'I hated seeing my breasts develop and I was jealous of the boys at school when their voices dropped and they started shaving. I hated being a girl.'

At 14, Kieran lost his virginity to a boy, but says it felt wrong.

He cut his hair into a short spiky bob and wore sports bras and baggy tops to hide his feminine figure.

After seeing a counselor aged 16, Kieran was finally diagnosed as transgender.

He said: 'I started taking hormone tablets which lowered my voice and gave me more body hair - I loved the changes.'

Kieran's family supported him and his mother Bronagh Moloney, 49, a nurse, began calling him her son.

By 17, fine hairs started to grow on Kieran's face and with a rigorous gym workout, Kieran's body was transforming into a man's.

He began binding his breasts with sports tape, spending 20 a week in his quest to hide any hint of being a woman.

Gradually, his cup size dropped from a B to an A.

In November 2009, aged 18, Kieran started monthly testosterone injections and, two years later, had a 5,000 double mastectomy that was paid for by his mum.

He said: 'When I saw the results I felt euphoric. I finally had a man's upper body, something I'd only dreamed about.'

In August 2012, Kieran changed his name by deed poll and met girlfriend, Charlotte.

Charlotte says: 'We both loved the same music and were into keeping fit.

'He's a man's man and loves football and going to the pub.'

The couple started dating and a month later Kieran confessed how he had been born a girl and was transgender.

Charlotte says: 'Kieran sat me down and said he had something to tell me. He then blurted out that he'd been born a girl called Ciara.

'I was so surprised. He was so manly. I never had any suspicions.

'Kieran was really nervous and told me he'd understand if I just wanted to be friends.

'We talked it through for hours.

'I knew I still loved him and wanted to be with him. It didn't matter he'd been born a girl.'

Kieran added: 'So many girlfriends before had been embarrassed by me and I didn't want any more rejection.

'I felt such a connection to Charlotte and I didn't want her to end the relationship, so when she reacted like it was nothing, I felt so relieved.

'Finally I met someone who liked me for me.'

A few weeks later, the couple became intimate for the first time.

Charlotte says: 'Kieran wasn't shy about showing off his body - he' has got a great six pack.

'He was completely comfortable and I made sure he was at ease.'

Two months later they moved in together and now the couple are planning to tie the knot and have children together.

Charlotte said: 'Kieran's my soulmate and we'd be the best parents.

'We'll explain his background to our kids when they're old enough - they'll have two loving parents, that's the most important thing.'

Kieran says: 'People can't believe I used to be a girl, and neither can I.

'Becoming a man is a dream come true and now I've met Charlotte I feel like anything is possible.'

CCTV shows ATM machine ripped through a wall by a digger operated by thieves in U.K

This dramatic footage shows the moment a cash machine was ripped from a supermarket by a digger.

The thieves stripped the ATM out of the Co-operative shop in Sapcote, in Leicestershire, which took just 20 seconds.

They pulled away bricks leaving a gaping hole in the side of the supermarket before loading the stolen ATM on to the back of a Toyota Hi-Lux. The digger was left at the scene.

The raid on the Co-op store was the fourth such attack in Leicestershire in the past few weeks.

Alma Phythian told the Leicester Mercury: 'I was in bed when I heard the loud noise and thought "that's not normal". I knew it was the Co-op.

'When I looked out of the window I saw there was a large hole in the Co-op and a small digger.

'They loaded the machine on to another vehicle and drove away. It was all so fast.

'The police were here within 10 minutes, but the men had long gone.'

Detective Constable Stu Palmer, from Leicestershire Police, said: 'It's obviously a great concern to us that thieves are targeting shops and cash machines.

'We are looking at the similarities between all of the reports and there is a strong possibility that the incidents may be linked, but our investigations are very much ongoing to establish whether there is a definite link.

'We would also encourage anyone who sees a digger or JCB type vehicle being driven at unusual times of the day or night to contact the police immediately so we can act appropriately and eliminate any reports from our inquiries.

'If you witnessed the incident in Sapcote or saw either the digger or the Toyota car being driven in the area then please get in touch.

'Even if you think the information you can provide is not significant we would still encourage you to come forward so we can follow up any leads.'

Anyone with information should contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or ring 101.

Man with new face growing on his CHEST after electrocution left him severely disfigured

A Chinese man has a basketball sized 'head' growing from the left side of his chest as doctors attempt to create him a new face.

Yan Jianbin suffered severe burns to his face when he was electrocuted.

As he opened the door of a high-voltage transformer to peer inside, he suffered the powerful shock.

The technician was left severely disfigured having lost his right eye and nose.

But doctors at the Shenyang Army General Hospital, in Liaoning Province, said they hope to create a new face for Yan.

Six months ago they embarked on a detailed procedure to stretch the skin on the left side of his chest.

The aim was to create a head-shaped mound, by injecting saline water into his chest to expand the skin.

The skin has now expanded to the point where plastic surgeons can begin the task of creating new facial features for Yan.

The next stage will involve reattaching his new face to his damaged skin.

Doctors said the whole procedures will be broken down into five complex stages.

The first two phases involve building Yan a new nose. Surgeons will use part of his rib cartilage and newly created skin to form his new nose.

The third phase involves creating new blood vessels and arteries.

The fourth is the face transplantation, while the last phase will involve details carving to finish the process, and fine-tune Yan's new facial features.

Surgeons said the whole process will take at least two years.

SHORTEST man ever meets TALLEST person outside Houses of Parliament for Guinness World Record Day

The world's tallest and shortest men met for the first time this morning to commemorate Guinness World Record Day.

Sultan Ksen, who is 8ft 1in. tall, and Chandra Dangi, who measures just 21.5ins., posed for photos outside the Houses of Parliament to mark the book's 60th anniversary.

The two men join hundreds of others who are taking part in a number of record attempts across the world to celebrate the occasion.

The annual broke a record of its own in 2004 when it became the world's best-selling copyright book. Guinness World Record Day was set up to commemorate the date.

Mr Ksen, 31, from Ankara, Turkey, became the world's tallest living man in 2009, when he took the title from 63-year-old Xi Shun, from China, who measured 7 ft 8.95 ins. in 2005.

Mr Ksen, a part-time farmer, was the first man over 8ft to be measured by the company in over 20 years - and one of only 10 people on record to break the height barrier.

Mr Ksen also holds the record for largest hands of a living person, each one measuring 11.22 in from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger.

And he previously held the record for largest feet on a living person, with his left foot measuring 1 ft 2 ins and right foot measuring 1 ft 1.98 ins.

Speaking at the time of his entry into the Guinness World Records, he said: 'I never imagined I would be in the book, I dreamed about it, but it was still a huge surprise'.

Mr Dangi, who lives in the isolated Nepalese village of Reemkholi, some 335miles southwest of Kathmandu, is the shortest adult human to have their height verified by Guinness.

At just 21.5ins, Mr Dangi is the same size as six cans of baked beans stacked on top of each other. He beat the benchmark set by Gul Mohammed, from New Delhi, India, who measured 22.5ins.

Three of his five brothers were less than four feet tall, while his two sisters and two brothers are of average height.

Other world record attempts that are taking place today include the farthest basketball shot backwards and the most people eating breakfast in bed.

Last night, hundreds of people gathered near London's Tower Bridge to break the record of the largest gathering of people dressed as penguins.

Organised by the Richard House Children's Hospice, the record breaking charity event was verified by a Guinness World Record official who counted 373 people dressed as the birds.

The previous record was 325 participants.

The group then waddled around a 2km course taking in sights such as the Tower of London, the Shard, City Hall and Tower Bridge.

Dumb Waiter! CCTV Waitress has to be rescued after getting her HEAD STUCK in food service lift

A waitress has survived after her head was crushed by a dumbwaiter when she tried to grab food as the service lift moved away.

Cafe waitress Renata Kovalyova, 32, became trapped at a shopping centre in Saratov, a city in south-western Russia.

CCTV footage shows the waitress leaning into the shaft as the tray of food begins going down.

The top of the lift then traps her head, leaving her pinned and struggling to get free before she eventually passes out.

The footage released by the shopping centre to local media then shows her collapsed on her knees with her head still stuck in the shaft.

She was found after horrified security guard Maxim Artemiev, 45, heard her strangulated screams before she fell unconscious.

He said: 'I was walking up the stairs when I heard this horrible chocking cry. When I got to the top of the stairs I saw a body sticking out of the lift.

'I immediately called for help and with some other waiting and kitchen staff managed to get her out.

'Luckily, she was still alive, but how I don't know as it was really pinned down on her hard.

'The force that was pressing down on her head was enough to have killed her.'

Kovalyova was rushed to hospital where she was treated for head and spine injuries.

A spokesman for the hospital said: 'She is in a stable condition and is being monitored.

'She's complained that she can't feel her legs properly, but we are hoping that she will get back full usage.'

CCTV U.K Shopkeeper grabbed a metal pole and won Medieval style duel with Machete wielding robber

Shopkeeper used a metal pole to fend off robber with machete in medieval-style duel - and safely stopped him from robbing his business.

Shopkeeper Muhammed Maqsood stood his ground when the masked thug burst into his Sunderland convenience store last Sunday, demanding money.

The 63-year-old grabbed a metal shutter pole and jousted with the crook, who was waving a 3ft machete.

Despite being hit three times with the machete - and losing part of a finger - he refused to give in and the robber was forced to flee the store empty-handed.

Police have now released the dramatic CCTV of the clash at the Max and Sons convenience store in Eden Vale, Sunderland last Saturday.

Mr Maqsood, who has run his shop for 32 years, said: 'He was telling me "give me the money, give me the money" and he showed me the big knife, which was 3ft long.

'I went to the counter and said to him "cool down" and he followed me. I said: "Look, that's where we put the money".

'He got me three times, but I used the pole twice and got him once on the shoulder and he ran away. It was a shock and I've never done anything wrong to anybody.'

During the duel, he lost part of his middle finger from his left hand after the yob sliced it.

Acting Detective Sergeant Nick Lawrence said: 'The footage is clearly distressing as it shows the man going in armed with the machete and struggling with the shopkeeper.

'This sort of incident is extremely unusual in the area and I'd like to reassure people we're doing everything we can to trace the man in the CCTV.

'This is why we've released the images - we want people to let us know who this is.

'Someone out there will have information about who this is and I'd encourage them to get in touch with us, anonymously if necessary.

'Even if they think the information is insignificant it could be the vital piece we need.'

The wanted man is white, 5ft 8in to 5ft 10in tall, and of a slim-to-medium build.

He was wearing black bottoms, a black top with two white stripes down each sleeve and a small motif on the left side of the chest.

He also had a grey-hooded top underneath the black jacket and a black mask pulled down over his face.

Officers are asking anyone who was in Eden Vale during that time to contact them.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Northumbria Police on 101 ext 69191 quoting reference 336 08/11/14 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

U.S Pregnant woman and son begging for money on street before they drive off in new MERCEDES

This is the shocking moment a shopper watched a pregnant woman and her young son beg for money - before getting into a Mercedes Benz and driving away.

Melissa Smith, from San Diego, California, had witnessed the expectant mother and her child panhandling outside Eastlake Village Center every weekend for the past two weeks.

Each time, they would hold a sign reading, 'Please help', and would receive money from dozens of shoppers. 'Lots of people gave them money,' Ms. Smith said. 'Probably five people in five minutes.'

But this week, Ms. Smith was putting gas into her car when she saw the pair leave their panhandling spot and meet up with the woman's boyfriend - before driving away in a dark-colored Mercedes.

'I noticed they grabbed their little boy and they got into a Mercedes-Benz,' she told KGTV. 'I thought, "Wow, a Mercedes-Benz. It's not even used - it's not old. It's a new Benz."'

The car appears to be an older Mercedes E320, which sold for $30,000 to $35,000 new.

In outrage, Ms. Smith immediately stopped pumping gas, climbed into her own car and followed the Mercedes down the road, while snapping photos of the luxury vehicle and its license plate.

'Lo and beyond they were in front of us,' she said. 'Here they are counting money, laughing and their little boy is not in a car seat or seat belt. He's all the way in the front seat with them.'

Astonishingly, Ms. Smith watched the car turn into a nearby shopping plaza on Bonita Road, before the pregnant woman got out, grabbed the sign and started begging again.

As shoppers reached into their pockets to help her, Ms. Smith started taking more photos of the woman, prompting the beggar to start shouting at her. She later sent the photos to KGTV.

According to the news station, the Mercedes's license plate number is registered to a woman with an Encinitas Heights apartment complex address, where rent costs around $2,500 a month.

Residents at the complex said the people the station was looking for had recently moved and a forwarding address could not be obtained.

Police said the trio have not been reported by anyone else since Ms. Smith's encounter. It is believed that they have not been detained nor questioned by officers.

The woman, her partner and the boy thought to be her son have not been identified.

Talented Dragonfly: Contortionist transforms into beasts from zebra to tiger in mind-bending optical illusions

There's a graceful giraffe, a brightly coloured dragonfly and a spider that's far from itsy bitsy.

At first glance, they all look like wonders from the animal kingdom. But look a little closer and you'll spot a woman's hand here, her foot poking out there, or the outline of her torso twisted into an extraordinary pose.

For these remarkable images were all created by 'body concept artist' Emma Fay - with a little help from a couple of contortionists who acted as her human 'canvas'.

Miss Fay, 27, of Leicester, has been perfecting her unusual art for three years after previously running a hair and beauty salon.

Each of the images in her 'The Marvels of Nature' animal series, which also include a seahorse, mandrill, zebra and crab, took between four and six hours to create from start to finish.

First the contortionists, Beth Sykes and Lowri Thomas, who wore leotards to protect their modesty, got into the required pose so Miss Fay could draw compositional marks on their bodies. These acted as a guide to ensure her paintings would turn out to be the optical illusions she desires.

Some of the poses were so difficult they could only be held for minutes at a time.

But thankfully for Miss Sykes and Miss Thomas, they did not have to hold their poses throughout the painting process - the vast majority was done in more comfortable positions, often lying down.

Miss Fay used a brush and sponge to apply the water-based paints to their bodies. Once the painting was completed, it was then just a case of the contortionist resuming the requisite pose so a photograph could be taken of the finished artwork against a white background.

Miss Fay, who sells prints of her animal creations, said: 'The photograph is pretty much the last five minutes of the whole process - then Beth and Lowri are free to go home and have a well-deserved shower.

'The photographs always get a briliant response. People love the optical illusion aspect of it.

'For me, it's kind of exploration of evolution - a study of the remarkable things humans can do with their bodies and the remarkable ways animals have evolved to survive in their surroundings.

'I consider them pieces of art, not body painting.'

One of Largest breast reduction surgery: Texas woman with 36NNN breasts has 15lbs of tissue removed

A sharp pain surging across her chest, an ache creeping up her neck, causing a debilitating migraine.

Kerisha Mark, from Beaumont, Texas, feared they were the symptoms of a heart attack or brain tumour.

But the then 39-year-old was not at risk of either life-threatening conditions.

Instead doctors told her the pain was the result of her breasts and a rare condition, gigantomastia.

Ms Mark had always had an exceptionally large chest.

But by her late 30s, her bust had grown to a staggering 36NNN.

The rapid growth was the result of the hormonal condition.

Gigantomastia is diagnosed when breast weight exceeds three per cent of a person's body weight.

The enlargement can cause muscle pain, and over-stretching of the skin envelope, which can lead to ulceration.

The condition usually affects one breast more than the other, causing asymmetry.

It is thought the underlying cause of the condition is a heightened sensitivity to female hormones prolactin, oestrogen and progesterone.

For Ms Mark the condition resulted in pulled chest muscles, severe back pain and emotional distress, the Washington Post reported.

'I could not run or jump or work out at all,' she said.

'I was very limited in a lot of things I could do.'

She estimated her breasts weighed around 15 lbs each, and said she had been forced to use duct tape to hold them in place.

Having considered surgery as an option for years, Ms Mark made the decision to mark her 40th birthday by having treatment.

Eyewitness News cameras followed Ms Mark into the operating theatre.

'I was like, happy birthday to me!' she said.

She recalled how her large breasts have hampered daily life ever since she was young.

'My first time at boot camp, I did a jumping jack and my bra snapped,' she told the cameras.

She added: 'I started to have really bad headaches. Women and men want to touch them to see if they are real. It's real intimidating.'

Dr Franklin Rose, a plastic surgeon based in Houston, performed the operation.

He told The Post he could not remember seeing a patient with larger breasts in his 35-year career.

He said: 'The breasts really hung down to her hips and were essentially like carrying around three basketballs at all times because they were so large.

'When we went into the exam room - I don't know if I would use this word 'shocking', but it was certainly startling to see breasts of that magnitude.'

Dr Rose said he recruited a colleague to help with the four-hour operation, where he removed 15lbs of breast tissue.

They were able to leave Ms Mark with a 'nice full' DD cup bust.

He said if her condition had been left untreated it could have developed into degenerative kyphosis, a condition causing a person's spine to curve forward, forming a hump or hunchback.

Ms Mark said more than a month after the surgery, which took place in October, she is planning to start exercising again, and is excited at the prospect of a new wardrobe.

'The first time my best friend saw me, she cried,' Mark said. 'When I stood up for the first time I felt so light.'

And when the operation was complete, she said she was overcome by emotions she hadn't expected.

'After I got home I did cry. It was like I mourned the death of them, it was like a divorce.'

But today the 40-year-old is looking forward to a pain-free future.

'My first thing on the agenda is to purchase a beautiful bra and second is to buy a strapless dress,' she added.

The consequences of having large breasts can be devastating, ranging from crippling back pain, neck and arm pain to headaches, friction rash and a curvature of the spine.

Embarrassment can deter women from exercising, leaving them prone to health problems linked to obesity, including diabetes and heart disease.

A study published in the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2012 found that a woman with very large breasts can lose five years off her expected lifespan if she does not have a reduction.

Professor Laurence Kirwan is a plastic surgeon who performed breast reduction on TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson after her breast size soared from a D-cup to an L-cup after having four children.

Far from being merely cosmetic, Professor Kirwan said a large breast can weigh as much as 3.3lb and removing as little as half a pound can dramatically relieve the symptoms.

But he points out that the issue is often not taken seriously, particularly as large breasts are seen as desirable. Its wrong for NHS trusts and insurance companies to dismiss this as vanity, he says.

Many of the women who come to me desperate for breast reductions have poor posture and are in a great deal of pain due to the drag on their shoulders and neck.

100 year old New York Great-Great Grandmother Sky Dives for Birthday Celebration

A woman who turned 100 years old decided to do something that she'd never forget to celebrate her big day by going skydiving.

Eleanor Cunningham, 100, from Howes Cave, New York, did the birthday jump on Saturday at Saratoga Skydiving in Gansevoort.

The daring great-great-grandmother kissed her seven-month-old great-great-granddaughter before suiting up for the incredible jump.

But it turns out that this was not her first time.

She, is, in fact, an experienced skydiver having taken up the sport at age 90.

Four years ago at the ripe old age of 95, Cunningham took to the skies again.

However, her latest jump on Saturday was done with tandem master Dean McDonald of Saratoga Skydiving who said that Cunningham was his oldest jump partner yet.

Cunningham, who lives with her granddaughter in their Schoharie County home in central New York was reportedly very excited about this jump.

She has even managed to outdo former President George H.W. Bush with her bold stunt, because he was 90 when he last skydived.

Shortly after she landed, Cunningham, dressed in a red suit and sneakers, smiled and beamed with delight as members of her family recorded every moment on their cell phones.

She has five children, 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and three great, great grandchildren and credits her longevity to being a vegetarian and being around young people.

Her doctor signed off on the skydiving expedition telling her 'that she was more than capable of doing what she loves.'

Beautiful Last Goodbye: U.K Cancer patient woman's emotional goodbye to her beloved horse Bronwen

These moving pictures show the horse-loving grandmother, whose dying wish was to see her favourite animal, when both she and her steed were in their prime.

Sheila Marsh, 77, was wheeled out of Wigan Royal Infirmary in her hospital bed so she could say goodbye to her cherished mare named Bronwen, before passing away just hours later.

It had been the grandmother-of-four's dying wish to see her horse, which she owned for 25 years since she was a foal, one last time.

Photographs taken from the family albums show Mrs Marsh, who used to work at Haydock Park Racecourse, riding Bronwen at a local show.

Mrs Marsh, who lived in Bickershaw, Wigam, had a life-long affiliation with horses - and when her condition began to deteriorate she asked nurses if she could see her beloved horse once more.

Bosses at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust acted on her wishes and allowed her family to transport show horse Bronwen to the hospital.

Pictures taken on the day - with her full permission - show the animal nuzzling into her owner's neck as she lay in her hospital bed.

Her daughter Tina Marsh, 33, said: 'I was crying my eyes out and all the nurses were crying too. She took comfort out of it and it was a beautiful moment.'

'She loved her horses and she loved and adored all animals. She had six horses, three dogs, three cats and other animals.

'Her condition did not get any better and the hospital allowed us to bring Bronwen in. It was a matter of hours later that she passed away. I want to thank the hospital and all the nurses.

'It was very important for my mum. She was one of the most hard-working people that you could meet and she would do anything for anyone.'

Gail Taylor, bereavement liaison specialist nurse, said: 'We listened and acted on Mrs Marsh's last wishes.

'Sheila gently called to Bronwen and the horse bent down tenderly and kissed her on the cheek as they said their last goodbyes.'

Pauline Law, deputy director of nursing, added: 'I am really pleased to have been able to facilitate the visit from Mrs Marsh's horse. This was obviously extremely important to her and her family and we feel privileged to have been able to provide this support at this crucial stage of her care.

'It is absolutely right that we should pull out all the stops to ensure that our patients and their families receive personalised, compassionate and dignified care at the end of their life and this is what we will always strive to achieve.'

Andrew Foster, chief executive of the trust, posted the image on Twitter and said it highlighted how trust staff went 'the extra mile' to make Mrs Marsh feel comfortable.

He wrote: 'With the family's permission here is how @WWLNHS go the extra mile to deliver the wishes of a dying patient.' The post was widely shared and re-tweeted. Twitter users - including hospitals across the country - applauded the hospital for its kind-hearted efforts and others said theimage brought tears to their eyes.

While moved members of the public took to the social media site to express their feelings.

Gail Francis, writing on Twitter from Stratford-upon-Avon said: 'What an amazing photograph. Anything that makes the last days/hours bearable should be applauded x.'

And Lizzie Legate added on the social networking site: 'Beautiful moment for them both. Well done everyone for an amazing effort to provide a treasured moment.'
